REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

VB Custom Shirts – Refund & Artwork Approval Policy

At VB Custom Shirts, every order is custom printed specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have strict policies regarding artwork approval, refunds, and order responsibility.

Mockup Approval Requirement

Before production begins, customers will receive a digital mockup of their design via email. This mockup represents exactly how the artwork will be printed on the final apparel.

The mockup clearly instructs customers to carefully review all details before approving the design, including but not limited to:

• Spelling and wording
• Phone numbers and contact information
• Logo placement and sizing
• Colors and artwork details
• Design alignment and layout

It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the mockup for any errors or changes.

Approval Agreement

By replying to the mockup email and approving the design, the customer acknowledges that the design is correct and authorizes VB Custom Shirts to proceed with production exactly as shown.

Approval of the mockup constitutes agreement that:

  • The artwork has been fully reviewed.

  • All spelling, numbers, and details are correct.

  • The design is approved for printing exactly as displayed.

Once the mockup is approved, the order moves into production and no changes can be made.

No Refunds After Approval

Due to the custom nature of printed apparel, all sales are final once the mockup has been approved.

VB Custom Shirts does not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for:

  • Spelling errors

  • Incorrect phone numbers

  • Design details overlooked during the approval process

  • Color or layout choices that were approved in the mockup

Any errors that were not corrected during the mockup phase cannot be held liable for a return, replacement, or refund once the apparel has been printed.

Production Errors

In the rare case that VB Custom Shirts makes a printing mistake that does not match the approved mockup, we will gladly review the issue and work with the customer to correct the error.

To report a production issue, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide photos of the product and the approved mockup.

Order Responsibility

By placing an order and approving the mockup, the customer agrees to this policy and acknowledges that the final printed product will match the approved artwork.
